Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all protective films and tags intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — processing delays may occur on their end
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing period before a refund is posted
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@bolewatch.com
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective product). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over USD 200.
