Q: What materials are used in Bole watches?
A: Our watches are crafted using premium materials including 316L stainless steel, sapphire crystal glass, genuine leather straps, and Japanese or Swiss automatic movements depending on the model.

Q: Are Bole watches water-resistant?
A: Yes. All Bole watches feature water resistance ratings between 5 ATM (50 metres) and 20 ATM (200 metres), depending on the model. Please refer to the individual product specifications for exact ratings. We recommend avoiding exposure to extreme water pressure and hot water.

Warranty

Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: Every Bole watch comes with a 1-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
A: Contact our customer service team at support@bolewatch.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for assessment and repair.

Orders and Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time on our website under ‘My Account → Orders’ or directly on the carrier’s website.
